Summer cocktail class

Get ready to sip, shake, and celebrate the start of summer at our Summer Cocktail Class, led by the one and only Joe Heaney, Sea Smoke’s beloved bartender and master mixologist!

This hands-on experience is designed to walk you through seasonal cocktails, techniques, and the details that make a well-built drink at home feel elevated.

During the class, you’ll learn to craft three cocktails:

• Hibiscus Coconut Margarita

• Brown Butter Honey Old Fashioned

• Clarified Vodka Poptail

Joe will also demonstrate select mixology techniques, including fat-washing, clarification, and creative frozen elements, with a focus on practical skills you can actually use beyond the bar.

While you work through each cocktail, enjoy a stationary brunch spread featuring assorted pastries and danishes, a fresh fruit and yogurt platter, a brunchcuterie board, and a blueberry french toast casserole

Guests will also receive recipe cards for each cocktail and a $10 Sea Smoke gift card for a future visit.
